USA Tariff Notice.
Handling Times:
3D Printed parts (excluding frame kits) typically have a 1-2 day handling time as we print on an order by order basis.
All frame kits with included 3D printed parts and all electronics listed as being in stock are ready to go.
Pickup:
Pickup is available in rare instances on a case by case basis, please contact us to request prior to selecting pickup as your shipping option.
Shipping Times:

All shipments are tracked and tracking consignment details will be provided for all orders so you can keep up to date with how your package is travelling.

In the unlikely event that you require support for warranty claims or returns on any of our products or the products from vendors that we supply please use the contact page for support.
All 3rd party parts/products supplied by us fall back onto the Warranty/RMA terms and conditions of their respective vendors.
