Install the 8 M3 press nuts into the designated holes in the Middle plate.

Install the 4 M3 silicone soft-mount gummies into the designated mounting points in the Middle plate.

For the correct installation method, use dental floss, fishing line or thread to pull the gummies through the carbon plate.

Insert the 8 M3 × 12 mm cap-head bolts through the Bottom plate.

Allow the bolts to protrude through the plate ready for the arms to be installed.

The same arm design is used for all four arms.

Orient each arm so the rounded corners face the top and bottom of the frame, with the sharper corners facing the sides.

Position each arm over the 12 mm bolts in the Bottom plate.

Place the Middle plate loosely on top of the arms, aligning the mounting holes with the bolts and press nuts.

Flip the frame over and begin tightening the 12 mm bolts.

Apply a small amount of blue threadlocker to each bolt before installation.

Tighten the bolts gradually, working around the frame one turn at a time so the plates draw together evenly.

Once the frame is square and fully seated, give each bolt a final tighten.

Align the Front Bumper with the front 2 × 28 mm aluminium standoffs and secure it using 2 × 10 mm M3 bolts and 2 × M3 washers.

Install the remaining 2 × 28 mm aluminium standoffs behind the mount using 2 additional 10 mm M3 bolts.

Position the FPV camera mounts over the front two 28 mm standoffs.

Install the rear 2 × 20 mm aluminium standoffs using 2 × 8 mm bolts and slide the Rear antenna mount over the standoffs.

Insert 4 × 20 mm M3 bolts through the main stack gummies. Use a driver to slowly screw the bolts through the gummies to prevent them from popping out.

Use stack spacers from the 3D parts kit if required to provide clearance between the ESC and the metal press nuts.

The Top plate is installed with the triangle pointing toward the front of the frame.

Insert 4 × 10 mm M3 bolts through 4 × M3 washers, the HD mount and the Top plate, and secure into the 4 × 28 mm standoffs.

Lastly, install 2 × 8 mm M3 bolts into the rear holes on the Top plate and into the rear standoffs.

Line the Battery Pad up with the triangle and gently position it on the Top plate before applying pressure to secure it fully in place.

Insert the M5 clinch nut into the HD mount print.

The nut will seat inside the lip of the print and should not fall out when correctly installed. Use a little force to push it past the lip and fully seat it.

Install the arm bumpers onto the ends of the arms. These will be secured when the motors are installed later.

Install the wire guards over the motor wires once all electronics have been installed. Secure the wire guards with electrical tape.
