1. Install Press Nuts
Insert the 8 × M3 steel press nuts into the four arms and four mid-plate locations. Use the correct installation method shown in the linked video.




2. Install Bottom Plate and Arms
Install the bottom plate with the triangle pointing toward the front of the frame.

Install the arms on top of the bottom plate:
-
Two arms at the front
-
Two arms at the rear


Ensure all press nuts face upward.

Insert 4 × M3 × 8 mm cap-head hex bolts through the bottom plate and secure them into the press nuts.


Install the arm key between the arms.

3. Prepare the Mid Plate and Flight Stack Mounting
Install the flight-stack hardware from the underside of the mid plate.
Choose the hardware for your stack:
-
M2 × 18 mm countersunk hex bolts, or
-
M3 × 22 mm countersunk hex bolts
Install the selected bolts through the desired stack-mounting locations in the underside of the mid plate. 

Secure the bolts from the top using four matching M2 or M3 nylon hex nuts.


Install the mid plate onto the arms.


Secure the mid plate using 4 × M3 × 12 mm cap-head hex bolts, inserted through the bottom plate and arms into the press nuts.


4. Install Frame Standoffs and Camera Plates
Install 6 × M2 × 8 mm cap-head hex bolts through the underside of the mid plate.


Secure the 6 × M2 × 20 mm knurled standoffs using these bolts.


Install the two camera plates into the mid plate.


Install 2 × M2 × 25 mm knurled standoffs into the front bumper and FPV camera mount.


Place the mount between the two camera plates and secure it using 4 × M2 × 8 mm cap-head hex bolts.



5. Modify and Install the XT60EW-M Connector
Modify the XT60EW-M connector by carefully trimming away the protruding side tabs with a sharp hobby knife or side cutters.

Install the modified connector into the rear antenna mount.


Secure it using 2 × M2.5 × 8 mm countersunk hex bolts, inserted through the mount.


Install the rear antenna mount over the two rear standoffs.


6. Install the Top Plate
Apply the 3 mm foam battery pad to the top plate.
Before applying the pad, ensure the four countersunk holes in the middle and rear of the top plate face upward.



Install the top plate onto the M2 × 20 mm standoffs and camera plates.


Install 4 × M2 × 8 mm countersunk hex bolts through the rear four holes of the top plate and into the M2 standoffs.


Install 2 × M2 × 8 mm cap-head hex bolts through the front two holes of the top plate and into the M2 standoffs.


7. Install the HD Camera Mount
Insert 2 × M2 × 25 mm knurled standoffs into the front HD camera mount.


Install the M5 flat Phillips-head steel bolt and M5 hex flange nut into the HD camera mount.



Install the HD camera mount between the FPV camera plates.


Secure the mount using 4 × M2 × 8 mm cap-head hex bolts.


8. Install Arm Bumpers
Install the four arm bumpers onto the ends of the arms.


Additional Notes
-
Install the included 20 mm or 25.5 mm rear VTX riser at the rear of the mid plate using 4 × 14 mm cap-head hex bolts.


Secure the VTX to the riser.

Secure the flight stack and receiver using the 30 × 30 stack topper.


Secure the motors and arm bumpers using 16 × M3 × 10 mm cap-head hex bolts.
