2. Returns
Faulty or Defective Items: We accept returns for faulty or defective items. To be eligible for a return and replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
3. Replacement Process
If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate the replacement process. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and confirm the fault with the item, we will issue you a replacement.
4. Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your faulty item. We will cover the shipping costs for sending you a replacement item if the original item was faulty or defective.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to us. We do not take responsibility for returned items that go missing. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
